Large extension & full house refurb


The original building was a small pub called ‘The Victory’ that had been converted into a 2 bed house that had fallen into disrepair, The project involved partial demolition, a ground floor extension for a kitchen dining room, a 1st floor conservatory, loft conversion and complete refurbishment.

1st floor conservatory built off new ground floor extension

The conservatory was a metal framed powder coated conservatory with a zinc roof leading onto a timber decked balcony and bespoke made railings, as with much of the house the walls and ceilings were finished in tongue and grooved panelling of various profiles

The U bend of reclaimed sink was built on site in 2 inch cooper with all other pipes concealed behind T and G panelling

The client had very detailed and specific finishes required. The deals of which were managed and developed via fortnightly meetings on site as the client lived remotely from project.

Open kitchen Diner

The new build Kitchen diner had a bespoke built kitchen with worktops made from school science labs (with chewing gum still attached), the ceiling had the structural timber exposed and all walls and floors were finished in different timber profiles.
